Your check in procedure is a pain in the ***. Had a 10:35 appointment, was told to see a stylist when I got there at 10:30 but the door was locked. You'll never see me again

Always went here prior to pandemic... First time back since... when I checked in online and saw Izzies name I was happy. Anyway she gives a personal touch to a corporate place. She takes her time and is thorough..Also very pleasant to talk to!Just want to say thank you for a awesome haircut!!!

No idea why anyone would give a 1 star rating for this place. I’ve been coming here for 3 or 4 years now, I’ve seen a handful of different stylists and everyone who works here is so polite and friendly. There are certain stylists who I usually request, but even when they aren’t available the others give great haircuts too.
